CASE Local Representatives fulfill an important role within the organization. They are the eyes and ears of CASE within each Department helping CASE respond to member concerns. They are the local voice helping CASE disseminate important and timely information. Local reps occasionally serve as first responders, assisting members with urgent problems. Most importantly, Local reps exist to welcome new employees to state service, transplants to new departments, and, we hope, new members to CASE.
