CASE’s Sponsored Legislation. Last week, CASE’s sponsored legislation, SB 605, passed out of the Senate Labor, Public Employment and Retirement Committee with a vote of 4-1. The bill now awaits a hearing in the Senate Appropriations Committee, which will occur on April 7.
