Dear CASE Members:
On Tuesday, April 22 at 1:30pm, Assembly Budget Subcommittee No. 5 on State Administration will be meeting. Issue 4 on the Subcommittee’s agenda is Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-22-25, which, as you know, is the Executive Order requiring all agencies and departments within the Governor’s Administration to modify their hybrid telework policies to include a default of at least four days in-office per week beginning July 1, 2025. As currently planned according to the committee’s agenda, this item is information only, so no vote or other action will be taken on the issue.
