How the 2025-2028 Tentative Agreement Affects You. As you are likely aware, the rank-and-file Bargaining Unit 2 members recently ratified the Tentative Agreement. The Tentative Agreement is now at the Capitol, where CASE expects no issues. We will continue to keep the membership informed.
This memo provides details as to how the BU2 Tentative Agreement economic terms will be applied to supervisors and managers represented by BU2.
- A 3% General Salary Increase
- However, in order to achieve a balanced budget, there will be a 3% reduction in pay.
- In exchange for this pay reduction, you will receive eight (8) hours of PLP 2025 per pay period from July 1, 2025, until October 31, 2026.
- If you are currently on a Voluntary Leave Program, you will have the right to cancel your participation in the program in July or August. Please follow instructions from your department on how to cancel.
- Your vacation/annual leave accrual cap will be raised to 768 hours. We expect this to be temporary and not a permanent change in the cap on leave accrual.
- The telework stipend sunset on June 30, 2025.
- There will be no OPEB contributions made by employees or departments. OPEB is for pre-funding post-employment benefits such as medical coverage. This is only expected to be temporary.
- Starting in November 2026, the PLP ends and BU2 employees will receive the full benefit of the 3% GSI.
