CASE continues to monitor the implementation process for the new CASE MOU and the implementation process for Supervisor and Manager raises. We will update you on when you can expect to see the retroactive 2.5% GSI payment as soon as we have a date from CalHR and the State Controller’s Office. We are also continuing to press CalHR for responses to a variety of other benefits as discussed in the previous newsletter. Stay tuned.

Previously, we let you know about open enrollment for CASE’s newest group-rate insurance offerings: Accident Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. CALPERS OPEN ENROLLMENT & 2023 CoBEN RATES
CalPERS Open Enrollment Through October 14. From September 19 to October 14, active CalPERS members can also make changes to their health care plans. You can learn about available plans, changes to existing plans, compare coverage, and more at the CalPERS website. 2023 CoBen Contributions. Excluded employees receive an 85/80 CoBen benefit. The rates for 2023 are as follows:
CalHR’s CoBen calculator has also been updated to reflect these rates to assist you in planning for 2023. It is a handy tool for evaluating the costs of plan changes you may wish to make in the new year.Thank you for your membership.
